Service and account
Awamer is operated by an individual. Provide accurate information, protect sign-in details and have authority to manage the business and submitted content. Functions depend on actual availability; a future feature description does not guarantee its availability.
Use and content
Fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access and disruption are prohibited. Content rights remain with their owners; you authorize processing and hosting as necessary to provide the service and are responsible for lawful submission and respecting customer rights.
Fees and external services
These terms do not authorize a charge. Before a paid subscription is activated, prices, billing periods, limits, renewal, cancellation and refunds will be disclosed. External channels depend on their providers and terms. Automated responses, when enabled, require review and do not guarantee accuracy or commercial outcomes.
Closure and complaints
To close an account or complain, email support@awamer.si. Requests are handled after owner verification, in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable rights. We may proportionately restrict use for violations or security risks.
Liability and changes
We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We publish material changes with their date and provide required notices. The domain extension does not determine governing law or the operator’s establishment.
