About the service
Awamer is operated by an individual and provides business information, product and communication tools. Contact the service operator about privacy and personal data at support@awamer.si.
Data we use
We process your name, email address, authentication and session data to operate and protect your account. We store the business and product information you provide to support saving and retrieval. Passwords are hashed. Operational logs may include IP addresses and browser information. Do not submit sensitive information unnecessary for the service.
Purposes
We use data to deliver the requested service, manage accounts and support, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional processing requiring consent is presented separately; accepting the terms is not blanket consent to unspecified uses.
Hosting and sharing
Railway hosts the application and database in Virginia, United States under the current configuration. Namecheap Private Email processes support messages, addresses and attachments. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell your data. Sharing is limited to providing the service or responding to a lawful request; transfer and protection arrangements are reviewed before expanding the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and business data while necessary to operate the account and provide the service. Request account closure, a copy, correction or deletion through support. We proportionately verify the requester and handle deletion manually, explaining any legally required retention. Signing out does not delete an account. Provider copies and logs may require separate handling; we do not promise immediate erasure of every copy. Support messages are retained as needed to handle and follow up enquiries or meet legal obligations, with retention needs reviewed.
Browser storage
We use sign-in session cookies, currently lasting seven days with renewal, and save language preferences in the browser. Legacy workspace data may remain on your device; clear site data to remove those copies. Session duration is not account retention duration.
Your rights and updates
Contact us to exercise applicable data rights, including withdrawing consent where it is the processing basis, or complain to the competent authority. We do not ask for your password by email. We explain material policy changes and update disclosures before activating AI providers, customer channels or payment services.
